Your questions, answered plainly.
Find out how mobile visits work, what equipment we service, how billing works, and what to do next.
How do I arrange a visit?
Call or text us with your equipment, location, and what you need. We’ll agree on a time to come to your home or business. After the visit, we provide an invoice by text or email.
Do you come to my home or business?
Yes. We are a mobile, on-site small engine service. You do not have to haul your mower or snowblower to a shop.
What is the difference between a tune-up and a service call?
We bill each visit as one or the other, never both. A tune-up has a flat rate that includes the trip and the listed maintenance work. A service call has a flat rate that includes the trip and the first hour of diagnosis or repair. Tell us what is happening and we can help you choose the right visit.
Will you finish the work at my location?
We often complete work on site. When parts or more time are needed, we may ask to take your equipment and return it later. We will discuss that with you first.
What equipment do you service?
Our published services include gasoline-powered push mowers, lawn tractors, zero-turn mowers, snowblowers, pressure washers, and generators. We also offer blade and chain sharpening, carburetor repairs, electrical diagnosis, valve work, and engine replacements.
Do you work on electric or battery-powered equipment?
No. Our current service is for name-brand gasoline-powered equipment.
Do you service trimmers, leaf blowers, or chainsaws?
No. We do not currently repair trimmers, leaf blowers, or chainsaws.
Do you work on ATVs, motorcycles, or boats?
No. Those vehicles are outside our current service.
Do you sell equipment?
We stopped regular equipment sales in September 2024. Contact us if you want to ask whether an occasional trade-in is available.
When should I schedule seasonal equipment?
Our published slower window for spring equipment is mid-February through the end of March. September through mid-November is a useful window for winter equipment. Contact us to check current availability.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, check, and credit or debit cards. A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments, and repair totals are subject to 5% sales tax.
What if I cannot reach you by phone?
Text (262) 825-6779 with your name, location, and equipment. We are on call 24 hours and will reply when available.
Still have a question?
Send us a text or call. We’ll give you the information you need to plan your service visit.
